Our ground beef is packaged in a vacuum-sealed 1 lb. package. Each package is single-source, meaning the meat comes from one animal only. Because of natural variation, the fat content isn't standardized, but typically falls between 80/20 and 85/15. We do offer a lean 90/10 as well.
